Corona has influenced a lot of things. The Ukraine crisis has changed everything. What are the levers to master the crisis.
As in previous years, TRANSEARCH again provided its network for inspiring peer-to-peer discussions. This time, 79 top executives from various industries and nationalities discussed intensively on this platform in eight roundtables and shared their individual options for action and possible solutions. These different thought-provoking suggestions and approaches gave all participants important impulses and led to new insights.
It became clear that European companies in particular are facing major challenges. After Corona, it is now a matter of developing new hybrid work models,
restructuring supply chains for materials and energy in the face of increasing inflation and changing global competitive forces. Europe needs to redefine itself. Attracting, developing and retaining employees was cited as particularly critical in many quarters. Here, medium-sized companies in particular rely on a high level of loyalty, which is anchored in the canon of values through proactive transparent communication and individual support and promotion. The roundtable discussions underscored the importance of a resilient corporate culture, leadership and authenticity.
