Audrey Terracher-Lipinski

Audrey Terracher-Lipinski is Senior Engagement Manager at TRANSEARCH International Germany in Frankfurt.

In this capacity, she coordinates and leads executive search and leadership consulting mandates across a broad range of industries and functional areas, ensuring a structured, high-quality delivery throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Audrey holds an interdisciplinary academic background in Social Economics and Economic Sociology from the Hamburg University, complemented by many years of experience analysing complex organisational dynamics. She began her professional career in the hospitality sector - an environment defined by service excellence, precision and a deep understanding of individual needs. This early foundation continues to shape her consulting approach and her strong client orientation.

In executive search and leadership consulting, Audrey combines analytical rigour with an intuitive understanding of people and cultural contexts.
