Susan Skatikat is Senior Engagement Manager at TRANSEARCH International Deutschland GmbH and has more than 20 years of experience in executive search. Her industry expertise lies in the fields of industry, energy and maritime economy, in mechanical and plant engineering as well as in retail, FMCG and the service sector. Prior to joining TRANSEARCH International, Susan Skatikat worked for 13 years for a renowned German personnel and management consultancy in Düsseldorf and Hamburg as well as for a boutique in the field of personnel consulting and successfully filled search mandates in the German as well as in the international context.

Ms. Skatikat studied Cultural Economics / International Cultural and Business Studies with an Ibero-Romanic focus at the University of Passau and is fluent in English and Spanish.
